I recently created an expo for the Indian Embassy in Japan based on AI, with my project highlighting the utility of AI to pilot rockets. By using an AI to analyze the most efficient flight paths taken by rockets, and generate a customized flight path for a rocket in a simulator. It later executed that flight path, using regular checks and course correction maneuvers to keep the rocket on track. This method of flying rockets gave a ~7% efficiency boost by saving an estimated 350ΔV of fuel, hence being more eco-friendly and cost effective.
