Decoding Data Science, is an global community of CS industry professionals, college graduates, aspiring students, etc. and they will be sponsoring our hackathon!! They are offering an exciting 1 year AI guild for the 1st place winner, 6 months AI guild for 2nd place and 3 months for 3rd place. This will include access to workshops, CS resources, community webinars, mentorship, AI coding projects and more!!

The Format
Our hackathon is in the form of a project incubator, wherein students given a theme must develop an innovative solution or project by utilizing their programming skills. It is a perfect combination of technology and entrepreneurship. This hackathon tests not only their technical expertise but their analytic thinking skills to pitch their project as well. Our aim is to push people to create the most socially impactful projects by leveraging their coding expertise. All skill levels are welcome to participate!

Theme
The themes will revolve around ‘Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)’ & ‘Helping Vulnerable Stakeholders’. Overall, the goal is tech for social impact. Both these topics combined offer a huge amount of flexibility and cover a wide range of impactful ideas!

Project

Programming Languages: Languages like python, java, html/CSS/JavaScript, react, swift/flutter, R are accepted and primarily preferred. However, we will also accommodate other languages.

Project Type: Your project can be in the domains of web development, app development, computer vision, large language models, data science, machine learning, anything. It really is up to you to use your skillset and find the best fit for your project!

The requirements and project types are really flexible to accommodate people of various skillsets and experiences!
